Carbon Training Center Rose & Hazle Streets, Beaver Meadows, PA 18216 Our mission is to help adults with disabilities to become productive workers gaining marketable work skills, improved self-confidence, and increased independence.  We accomplish our mission by providing job training and contracting with local businesses to provide a variety of work opportunities.  CTC workers train, learn and earn through jobs in light assembly, materials sorting, production inspection and cleaning, custodial contracts, jacket, shirt, hat and other apparel embroidery, screening, sewing and other work assignments.
