HELP PROTECT YOUR JOB
Each day we hear more employee layoffs or plant closings.  Many companies are being hurt by declining demands for products and services.  Every business is looking for way to survive until the economy improves.

At CTC Manufacturing, we have taken steps to reduce costs including the elimination of several full-time and several hourly staff positions.  We have sold vehicles and consolidated bus routes.

We have faced set-backs as well.  Heating system installation at a cost of more than $50,000 and vehicle repairs including the need to purchase a new engine for our large bus have strained our resources.

You can help!  Coming to work regularly has a double benefit. You earn a paycheck while helping to produce goods and services for our customers and, we recieve allocated funding from the state to help provide the services you need.

HOW YOU CAN HELP

1. Come to work regularly

2. When possible, schedule appointments outside work hours or at the beginning or end of the day.

3. Only use earned vacation time

4. Don't call in sick unless you are sick
